Tech Stress

This week, I had the pleasure to interview Dr. Erik Peper, an international authority on biofeedback and technology use and overuse about his new book Tech Stress. Have you ever found yourself spending hours at the computer only to walk away with muscle pain, headaches, or just feeling burnt out? These feelings are not just a result of working long hours. These feelings are a result of poor ergonomics, lack of movement in your muscles and your eyes, breathing dysregulation, mental and emotional exertion. The solution involves making changes in each one of these areas.

Please view my interview of Dr. Peper about the origins of technology related stress and changes that you can make to improve your well being while using technology in everyday life.
