Teletherapy and Online Therapy Services
Expert, science-based care for anxiety, insomnia, and more — available to clients across MA, NY, FL, and other states.
At the Boston Center for Health Psychology and Biofeedback, we offer expert teletherapy and online therapy services for clients across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Connecticut, New York, South Carolina, Arkansas, and Florida. Whether you live outside Boston or simply prefer the convenience of remote sessions, our therapists provide the same personalized, evidence-based care you’d receive in person.

All of our clinicians are trained and supervised by Dr. Inna Khazan, a Harvard-trained psychologist and international leader in mind-body health. We help clients with anxiety, insomnia, depression, trauma, chronic pain, and more — using science-backed methods tailored to your needs.
For fully remote clients in these states, we offer ongoing teletherapy. Some clients also choose to visit Boston — whether for business or personal reasons — and we’re happy to accommodate extended in-person sessions or hybrid scheduling during their stay.

Our clients often share that BCHPB offers a level of clarity, progress, and personal attention they hadn’t found elsewhere — care that’s tailored, efficient, and built for real results.

Tips for a Smooth Teletherapy Experience
Teletherapy is easy to access and highly effective. We use a HIPAA-compliant version of Zoom, and you’ll receive clear instructions before your first session. To make the most of your experience, here are a few simple tips our clients have found helpful:

-
Find a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable. Headphones or a white noise app can help ensure confidentiality. Some clients use a parked car for extra privacy.
-
Use a reliable device (laptop, tablet, or phone) with a camera and microphone. For best results, we recommend Chrome or Firefox over Safari.
-
Get comfortable. Feel free to wear cozy clothes, use a blanket, or set up your space with anything that helps you feel at ease.
-
Internet issues? If your session gets disconnected, just reconnect — and your therapist will reach out by phone if needed.
-
For remote biofeedback clients: We offer options for using at-home biofeedback equipment and can help guide setup. Many clients also do occasional in-person sessions or intensives to complement remote work.
