We Welcome New Clients
We help our clients improve their health and well-being, using practical, skills-oriented, evidence-based approaches, such as biofeedback, mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), compassion and self-compassion, and trauma-focused therapy. We specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, eating disorders, and various psychophysiological and medical conditions, such as headaches, chronic pain, high blood pressure, and gastrointestinal disorders.

Our focus is to help you channel your energy and resources towards your desired outcome in ways that you can control. This means learning healthy ways to respond to your thoughts and feelings and moving on without getting stuck in them. Once you are no longer struggling with what is not under your control, you become better able to move towards living your most valued life.
